This shapefile provides the the Service Address, Customer #, and
Meter # of Dedicated Irrigation meters. The estimated proportion
of the parcel that it irrigates is indicated in the IRR_PROP column
on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is 10% and 10 is 100% of the
parcel. The proportion was determined based on a visual
inspection.
This serves as a rough first approximation of the area irrigated by
each DIM, which can be used to calculate a first approximation of
the total area of landscape irrigated by a DIM in SDWD.
Multiplying the percent irrigated for each parcel by the total area
of the parcel and summing this value results in an approximate
irrigated landscape area of 4,965,840 sq. ft. for non-SLA DIMs.
